Shipping & Returns

Some items may take longer than others to arrive. Please note that shipping times are from the time of processing and shipping your order. We'll let you know the estimated delivery date at the time of placing your order.

Shipping within Australia arrives in 2-8 days. Please note that sometimes local shipping can take longer than estimated times. 

Arrival times is 1-4 weeks for international orders. We currently do not offer express international shipping.

Every country has different taxes and duties. PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover your country's taxes. Please check the relevant taxes for your country if you are unsure before ordering.

Claims for warranties are only accepted under manufacturing faults, not a damaged product. If you damage the product, we cannot replace your item under warranty. If the product has a problem due to manufacturing, we will replace the item under warranty or offer you a store credit. We do not cover broken zips, unless they arrive broken.

We will refund the cost of items or provide a store credit for product returns.

For refunds on Australian orders, items must be accompanied with the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, washed or soiled.

Refund requests for international orders must be returned to us in original condition within 28 days. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition. We will only refund once the item is returned to us and will not refund any items if they are delayed in transit. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items must be returned to Fyve and we do not cover shipping. Please contact us via the online contact form for refund postal instructions. We do not offer refunds on sale items. 

We do not offer exchanges on any items, but we will provide you with a store credit under the Refund and Returns provisions above.
